I feel very fortunate for the opportunity to do boxing training with Jonathan Chicas, a talented professional boxer. I am in my tenth year of three-to-four days per week boxing training, which ironically, started as rehab from a serious back injury.

Jon Chicas, adds another dimension of fun and knowledge to my learning a sport which I have come to love, and probably is the most comprehensive, healthy form of exercise I have ever engaged in. For me, Jon adds the dimension of providing subtle nuances and contemporary boxing strategies to sparring. Oftentimes, those that 'do' cannot 'teach', and vice-versa--not so with Jon. He articulates and demonstrates the most basic moves to complex strategies and combinations very clearly.

Jonathan coached my 17 year old son for two years and has extensive knowledge of cardiovascular fitness as well as strength and conditioning training.
