The best age to start boxing depends on the person. Jonathan started boxing at age 17, and he dedicated himself so was able to become a professional. The answer isn’t about age, but how badly you want it.

 

Two times a week is better than one day per week. Boxing requires consistency. If you are looking to learn and thats it, two times a week is enough.

 

Pro boxers train 6 days per week. Twice a day sometimes. A good boxer runs in the morning and does boxing in the afternoon or evening.
